Went to KFC drive through this morning, early doors at 10.30am. Greeted by a lovely lady with a cheerful "good morning". Friendly and chatty, took the order and explained a few extra options for drinks. Listened so I didn't have to repeat myself then went through the order clearly. I drove round to the delivery window and was greeted with an upbeat "good morning". Food came quickly with a "sorry about the wait, thank you and have a lovely day". Everything was correct, everything was delicious and it really set me and my wife up for the day! Thank you to the very charming and efficient Saturday morning crew at KFC! Your company and managers should be very proud if you.

Brilliant takeaway service, ordered by my partner via the App whilst on the M3, it notified us we could check in when we arrived at the restaurant. The food was ready in minutes. All good stuff.

Food OK but needed to clear and clean table ourselves. Place filthy and bins overflowing. 2 years later and the place is very clean.... but my coffee was cold and on receiving a replacement I asked for sweeteners only to be told that KFC don't offer a low calorie alternative to sugar. So, I asked for sugar but was told that they 'don't have any - we ran out'. No apology. Nothing. I got a refund and went without. Further update Jan 2020 They seem to have turned this place around at last! Spotlessly clean and fast and efficient service. They still have a problem with stock because I ordered a meal with water but was told they had run out of bottled water! I was introduced to the Area Manager who was on a visit to the store and he took time to apologise and explained that all of the ordering was still done manually (hard to believe in this day and age I know!). I was offered a replacement drink - and a free ice cream. It seems they are on the case and have turned a very poor branch into a much better and more pleasant place - well done!

Big shout out to the staff at KFC with their safe distancing measures put in place. They were extremely polite when asking customers to follow the safety instructions and still provided a great service. One of the only places I have felt safe during this awful time. Well done

The food was amazingly great but the gravy was soggy the service was great but when they brought the food to me they dropped the fries the atmosphere was nice but the table had leftover food on it

If you're craving KFC, this is where you should come to. The food is almost always cooked properly, and we've never yet had anything missing from the order or have it packed up wrong. There isn't a KFC for miles around that doesn't have MAJOR problems (raw food/always something missing from order/allergen issues) except Hedge End, which almost always does it right. If possible for you, it's worth the extra drive to avoid the disappointment and potential illness
